The 11th Delphi Economic Forum begins on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, marking its 11th consecutive year in the historic city of Delphi. Over the next four days, concluding on Saturday, April 25, more than 1,200 speakers from a vast array of sectors will analyze the transformative forces reshaping our world. High-profile attendees include European Council President Antonio Costa, European Commission Vice-President Teresa Ribera, and five additional European Commissioners.
The theme of this year’s forum, “The Shock of the New,” places the spotlight on the emerging reality driven by rapid technological advancement, the ongoing climate crisis, and shifting geopolitical balances, with a particular emphasis on the evolving relationships between Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.

Since its inception, the Delphi Economic Forum has evolved into a premier intellectual and policy-making hub. It serves as a vital bridge between the global elite and the Southeast European region, fostering candid, high-level dialogue that moves beyond abstract theory toward actionable policy.

Program and key participants
The 11th edition features an extensive program comprising over 200 sessions, 25 closed-door meetings, and six roundtable discussions. Participants include government officials, heads of international organizations, academic experts, and top-tier business leaders.
The forum will be inaugurated by the President of the Hellenic Republic, Konstantinos Tasoulas. The opening plenary session will conclude with a high-level dialogue between Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and European Council President Antonio Costa. Notable domestic political figures set to address the forum include PASOK President Nikos Androulakis, SYRIZA President Sokratis Famellos, and former Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras.
A series of bilateral discussions will take place between key Greek government ministers and their European counterparts.
