Turkish Aircraft Violates Greek Airspace 30 Times in One Day

Turkish aircraft violated Greece’s airspace thirty times on Friday, September 27, Greek Defense sources told media.
Two F-16 and two CN235-type aircraft entered Greek airspace in various locations across the Eastern Aegean Sea, violating the country’s airspace in the northern, central and southern region of the Aegean.
The Turkish aircraft even entered the Athens Flight Information Region (FIR) three times without informing the Greek authorities.
The aircraft was intercepted by Greek planes, according to the international rules of engagement.
