The Pan-Thracian Union of America, Orpheus, has invited its members and all its friends to attend the “Gynekokratia” Women’s Day event to be held on Sunday, January 31, at the Stathakeio Centre of the Federation of Hellenic Organisation of Great New York, 22-51 29th Street, Astoria, N.Y.
According to a relevant announcement, the president of the Orpheus Pan-Thracian Union of America, Nicholaos Taneris, the event will present “the ancient custom to Diaspora Greeks, as a continuation of Hellenic tradition from our homeland”.
