The concert which was originally planned for the 22th of October, 2011, at the celebration of 20 years since Patriarch Bartholomew’s accession to the Ecumenical Throne, was cancelled due to urgent incidents, but finally took place the day of the “Feast of Orthodoxy” during the annual musical event presented in the Ecumenical Patriarchy.

The Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew honored the event with his presence. Other hierarchs of the Throne, Ambassador Chrisanthopoylos, the Greek Consul General in Istanbul, and Nikos Mathioydakis, along with a great number of compatriots and visitors numbering over 700 attended the concert.
