Grecian Delight | Kronos Foods has prepared the following Mediterranean chicken salad cups recipe that everybody will adore.
For 3-4 mini wraps you will need:
- Opaa! ReadyCarved™ Mediterranean Chicken – 3 oz.
- Hummus – 2 tbsp.
- Greek yogurt – 2 tbsp.
- Shallot – 1/2 minced
- Butter lettuce cups – 3-4
- Lemon juice – 1 ½ tbsp.
- Crumbled feta cheese – 1 tsp.
- Tomato – 1 tsp, chopped
- Sliced olives – 1 tsp.
Chop and then cook Mediterranean Chicken slices per package instructions.
Mix hummus with Greek yogurt and season with lemon juice to taste.
Toss with minced shallot, shredded rotisserie chicken, crumbled feta, chopped tomato, and sliced olives.
Spoon into the lettuce cups.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh dill and parsley.
