Dramatic footage has emerged shot by the passengers of a car traveling along the Silata – Kallikratia route in Greece’s Halkidiki when the deadly storm hit the region on Wednesday night.
The footage, which has gone viral, shows how the night sky was illuminated by lighting followed by heavy rain. Driving becomes impossible, as visibility is reduced to just a few meters and the driver has to avoid fallen trees and other objects littering the road.
