The National Hellenic Student Association (NHSA) of America is expanding its initiatives and is proud to launch the “Greece Dialogues” Interview Series.
All of the members and friends of the NHSA have been deeply concerned with the economic developments back in the homeland. During the past two years, as the economic crisis was unfolding in Greece, the ‘Greek issue’ was surfacing as a mainstream debate in the news, in the lecture halls and certainly during discussions on a personal level.
NHSA has held informative lectures, events and speakers to spread awareness, brainstorm the role of the youth and how they can help from abroad.The Fall 2010 Convention held at Ohio State University specifically focused in fostering a greater understanding of the anatomy of the financial situation in Greece crisis.
The “Greece Dialogues” Initiative comes at a time when the debate about the sovereign debt turmoils in the Euro-zone are reaching their peak and effects to the worldwide financial system seem more closer than ever.
With a sense of responsibility and duty to Greece, NHSA calls on their members and friends to support this initiative which aims to constructively contribute academic and professional opinions in the discussions surrounding Greece and the Euro-zone crisis.
