Ingredients and Preparation
KRONOS Gyros Slices OR KronoBROIL® Gyros Slices
Old Bay Seasoning
1 Cup KRONOS Greek Yogurt
1/3 Cup Ketchup
2 tbls Horseradish
Peel and rinse the shrimp, then lightly rub the shrimp with Old Bay Seasoning.
Wrap one KRONOS Gyros slice around the shrimp and hold together by inserting the skewer.
Bake at 350°F, broil or grill until the inside of the shrimp reaches 145°F.
Serve with KRONOS Greek Yogurt Cocktail Sauce.
