A pro-ISIS hacking group known as United Cyber Caliphate (UCC) published a fresh list of international targets from places around the world, including Greece. The list, written in English and Arabic, included the addresses of those targeted and e-mail contact details on a messaging app service that urges supporters to “kill” the people whose names listed in “revenge for Muslims.”
The list is one of the longest ever issued by an ISIS-affiliated group with 8,000 names and is the first to contain names of non-US citizens.
An image accompanying the posts, stated: “All world can’t stop Islamic State – You are gathered against us. We will kill you all (together).”
Most names are those of people living in the United States, Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom, however, there are other inclusions from Belgium, Brazil, China, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, New Zealand, Trinidad and Tobago, South Korea and Sweden. Since being discovered by the anti-hacking Vocativ group, the list has been taken down.
