Tsipras: Greece Will Implement Everything Agreed, 'Nothing Less, Nothing More'

TsiprasThe Greek side will implement the measures agreed on, “nothing less, nothing more,” Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras said on Wednesday at the party’s political secretariat meeting.
According to party’s sources, Tsipras underlined that the immediate conclusion of the program review is in the interest of all sides. The prime minister noted that Greece and EU have reached common ground in the negotiations and reiterated the government’s commitment to protect those with low and middle incomes. Therefore, demands for cuts on main pensions will not be made acceptable as they were not included in the summer agreement.
On the refugee issue, he said that the agreement reached at the EU-Turkey summit is a positive development as it is based on cooperation with Turkey and not on the “de facto legalization” of unilateral practices.
