Greek footballer Leonardo Koutris was injured during the second division match between AEL Larissa and Ergotelis. However, the real ordeal started when the medics arrived to carry him off the field.
At first Koutris was tossed on the stretcher by one of the medics, who appeared to be paying little attention to the player’s injuries. The medics rushed to get off the field while carrying the stretcher, only one of them was not so steady on his feet and ended up falling over and dropping the injured footballer on the ground. The medic got up, only to trip again and fall on Koutris, who was helplessly trying to stay on the stretcher.
In the end the two medics managed to get Koutris off the field dumping him on the ground next to the sidelines, showing little concern for his injuries.
unfortunately, Koutris’ team lost the match against AEL Larissa 2-1.
