Greek Cup (Results and Videos): Marcus Berg Returns from Injury with a Stunning Goal for Panathinaikos

After sixty-six days of agony, Marcus Berg wore the green jersey again and lead Panathinaikos to a 3-1 victory over Panetolikos for matchday 2 of the Greek Cup.
The Swedish striker missed the first leg of games for the Europa League (2 losses and a draw) as well as last week’s Athenian derby against Olympiacos (1-0 loss).
It’s been a struggling two months for the Athenian side, as most of their attacking options during a game concentrate on Berg’s positioning.
In today’s game, Panathinaikos was leading the score with second half goals from Klonaridis and Bouy till Berg rolled in a third with a 30-yard kick from outside the box to secure the win.
