PAOK’s 0-0 draw against lowly Apollon Sunday dented its hopes of catching Greek league leader Olympiakos.
Apollon, which played a man short for 50 minutes, kept a clean score sheet despite PAOK’s 30-4 advantage in goal attempts and 21-1 in corner kicks. Apollon goalkeeper Alexandros Tzorvas made more than a dozen good saves.
