TAIPED is going ahead with the sale of four more properties abroad – in Italy, Germany, Serbia and Slovenia – and is currently in the process of hiring an independent property surveyor to have them valued.
The other properties are in Dusseldorf, Belgrade and Ljubljana.
TAIPED is aiming to utilize state property abroad as markets outside Greece are on a far higher level than the domestic one.
It recently sold five other properties that brought 41 million euros into state coffers.
Officials at the fund say that the utilization of public property has brought revenues of about 380 million euros this year, beating the original target of 370 million euros.
