Cultural Infusion CEO Greek-Australian Peter Mousaferiadis, has been nominated for the Intercultural Innovation Award,Sound Infusion and traveled to Vienna to attend the award ceremony on Feb. 25.
Cultural Infusion, is a dynamic social enterprise that creates and delivers innovative education programs, community events and youth initiatives. It aims in actually promoting the harmonious coexistence of different nationalities through culture.
It states that multiculturalism is a concept that encompasses culture, that has no borders, but thus has the ability to communicate messages and unite people regardless of their nationality.
That was the objective of Mousaferiadis, to build cultural harmony and community well-being in such a multicultural society such as Australia’s. UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon is also expected to attend the event.
