The most expensive tree house is located in Athens and a Greek man did not think twice before paying 250,000 Euros to purchase it. The tree house is an impressive modern construction, a fully equipped hi-tech living space, and its architectural design is completely in tune with natural surroundings.
Tree houses have evolved to provide their owners with all available comforts and maximum safety. They are built in the UK and their price can easily surpass 250,000 Euros.
According to Simon Payne, manager of the UK-based tree house construction company Blue Forest, the most expensive and fully equipped with security systems of these new house designs is located somewhere in the broader region of Athens.
Among other designs, a tree house resembling Robin Hood’s reign in Sherwood has been constructed by the British company. Payne’s clients include celebrities and entrepreneurs wishing to acquire a tree house in one of their real estates or gardens.
