Paraskevi Tzeveleki, the new-elected ambassador to Adrianople visited Mayor of Adrianople, Hamdi Sedefci at his office. The ambassador stated that she is going to work hard on the increasing cooperation between Turkey and Greece. She also said that she will make an effort to resolve possible problems, so that bilateral relations between the two countries can be promoted.
Moreover, she added, “Examining the possible issues regarding which Turkey and Greece can work with, we are going to develop cooperation concerning both sides of the borders. Mutual trust is of great importance between two nations. I am going to bring about trade and cultural cooperation in the region. I am also going to provide every facilities required in order Turkish citizens to cross Greek borders”.
Mayor of Adrianople Sedefci explained that there are friendly relations between the two countries. If there is mutual trust, then everything can come true. We want no wars in our region, we only seek peace and friendship.
