There is a EU Defence Ministers meeting scheduled for Friday organized by the Polish EU Presidency, in which Greek Minister of Defense Panos Beglitis will participate.
The main issues to be discussed at the meeting will include: security issues in Europe and its external borders, relations with Nato and Russia, and military operations in which EU is involved.
Beglitis will also communicate with his European partners in order to make clear the ongoing situation in the South-Eastern Mediterranean and Turkey.
