Greeks takes the third place behind the British and Germans regarding property purchases in Turkey.
According to information of the General Directorate of the Turkish Land Registry, up until now, 10.750 Greeks have bought 9.888 properties in Turkey. 35.249 English have acquired in total 24.848 properties, while 27.021 Germans have bought 35.344 properties.
According to the Turkish Land Registry, people from 89 countries possess 111.194 properties in 81 regions of Turkey.
The most popular city for the foreigners regarding the investment of real estate is Antalya. In total, 40.090 foreigners have bought 31.164 properties in this city.
