Leader of the Greek right wing party, Mr. Karatzaferis, said that he is pleased that Mr. Omirou became president of the Cypriot Parliament as they have common views.
He also noted that Cyprus will face many difficulties until it takes on the Presidency of the European Union, as the Turkish Prime Minister has already made statements to which Europe has not responded.
Mr. Karatzaferis also met with Mr. Nikos Anastasiadis leader of the Democratic Rally which is a Cypriot centre-right wing political party. They discussed the Cyprus Question as well as other crucial issues.
