Decline in Registrations in Private Schools

The adverse economic climate has forced many students to move from private to public schools. Despite the moderation of prices in fees and discounts to families who face financial problems, it is estimated that over the last three years, registrations have fallen by 23% in private schools, while six such schools have closed. For the new school year, the decrease in entries has reached 6%, but has multiplied in private schools with high tuition fees.
