Superior Court Supports Signatory

The Superior Court of the nation is on the side of a signatory who used to work for the state as a temporary civil servant during 2003-2005.

The state is obliged to give the signatory allowances and earnings difference with interests, a total amount is €15.368 for the period that she had worked for.

The woman used to work at a chemical service in Mytilene as a cleaner.  The state renewed her contract 23 times during these two years.

According to law, the woman became automatically a civil servant after renewing her contract so many times and therefor, had the right to demand her allowances.
