Monday, August 8th, is the deadline for public employees to register for their choice of working hours. Their decisions will be binding until June of next year.
Operating hours of public services have changed, increasing time in the state from 37,5 to 40 hours per week, after a decision of the Administrative Reform Minister, Dimitris Reppas.
The new schedule will be applied to officials and staff of low employment relationships of idefinite duration to state, local authorities of A and B grade and other public entities.
Employees can choose between the following hours of arrival and departure:
-7:00-15:00
-7:30-15:30
-8:00-16:00
-8:30-16:30
-9:00-17:00
