Open Air Cinemas Offer Special Packages to Attract More Viewers

Handmade meatballs, souvlaki with homemade fries, refreshing cocktails and for dessert, exotic fruit salad. Rich menus, traditional recipes and special packages are offered in  open air cinemas of Athens and Piraeus, in an effort to stimulate the interest of film fans everywhere and to attract customers.
“Every dish costs more or less 5 to 6 Euros and are all very tasty and of high quality. Someone can buy a ticket and eat two souvlakia with a beer or a soft drink instead of going to a restaurant and spend a lot of money, says the director of municipal cinema “Martha Karagiannis”.

As he mentions, the price of the ticket is adapted to the crisis, and there are also some special offers. “The regular ticket costs six euros and four euros for children. For film fans there is a membership card, which costs fifty euros and is valid all summer for all the movies.”
