No Rubbish Bins Outside OAKA Stadium

 
It was shock and horror when the sight of piles of rubbish came into view at OAKA stadium at a recent concert.
OAKA stadium policy requires those before entering the stadium must throw out any bottles they maybe carrying and beverages are only allowed to be bought within the stadium.
At each gate there appeared to be no rubbish bins and fans were left no other choice but to throw their rubbish on the ground.
The piles of rubbish built up gradually as fans enetered the gates.
No spokesman representing OAKA or the person responsible for the concert being held on the night, could be found. So it remains yet another mystery as to why no one bothered to remember the rubbish bins.
