Home Office has given an amount of 3 billion euro in financial help to the Municipality of Piraeus to deal with its current costs.
H. Kastanides signed a document calling for this action. The Municipality of Piraeus has operating expenditures and other costs that have to be covered immediately, otherwise problems will arise. This sum of money is a deposit of the general amount. The Municipality is financed by the central administration of the government.
