“Spiegel” Article Accuses Greek Health Minister of not Obeying Papandreou’s Measures

“Spiegel” hosts a short report about Greece, entitled “Fight for Survival”.  The piece is full of hints against Greek Health Minister Andreas Loverdos. The article underlines that during a period when Prime Minister, George Papandreou, is accused for corruption, Andreas Loverdos employs “fellows”. The reportage also mentions: “For the time being, George Papandreou has only one goal: to prevent his country from bankruptcy. Every day he talks about money saving and opposition to corruption. Andreas Loverdos, 54 years-old, who generally supports Papandreou, seems not to apply what the Prime Minister says. Since he took over duties as Health Minister last September, he has employed at least 30 new partners, mainly for his two election offices”.
