Zdravka Mihailova was unanimously rewared with the Literary Translation Award for her translation from Greek into Bulgarian, of Yiannis Ritsos’ “Γραφή του Παντόπτη”. Zdravka Mihailova has translated 35 books from Greek into Bulgarian, such as prose, poems, essays, plays, short stories and some others from Bulgarian into Greek. Athina Dimitriadou was rewarded with the Literary Translation Award for her translation into Greek, of Philip Roth’s “Indignation”. The Ministry of Culture and Tourism announced the State Awards of Literary Translation 2010, which are delivered according to standing law for the last time. Next year on, the Ministry will adapt a new law which will totally reform the institution.
