Aristotelion University of Thessaloniki has organized a seminar titled “Restoration of Monuments of the Multicultural Heritage of Istanbul- Cultural Capital of Europe, 2011”. The seminar’s main subjects will be the lost elements of Agia Sofia after Fosati restorations, the conservation and the emergence of the Byzantine empire, and Greek-Orthodox churches. The seminar will be held from February 25th to 27th, at the Polytechnic School at Aristotelion University of Thessaloniki.
