Last November a deal was made between the Greek and German Ministries of Health, to coordinate actions between the urology departments of the university hospitals in Ioannina and Barburg.
The German undersecretary of the Health Ministry Stefan Kapferer, is focusing his attention on the most important issue of European hospitals; the improvement of money administration.
The goal of such an endeavour between the two cities is firstly, to achieve the best possible cures in urology and later oncology. Secondly, to improve the coordination of the various hospital departements in order to diminish hospitalization time.
