The municipality of Volos, in cooperation with the “Hoteliers Union of Magnesia” will participate in the international tourist Exhibition of Nuremberg. It will be held from March 2nd to 6th, 2011. The main object of the Tourist Development and Promotion Committee is the formation and promotion of the new tourist identity of Volos. In addition, one of the basic objects is to maintain Volos in the list of the top tourist destinations and to reinforce competitiveness, to support the local economy and to encourage employment.
