Aria Hotels, a Greek-born hospitality company, is set to make its highly anticipated debut in Colombia, announcing the May 2026 opening of Aria Bogotá.

This marks a pivotal moment in the company’s strategic expansion across Latin America, bringing its signature blend of “cultural authenticity and modern comfort” to the Colombian capital.

The 54-room hotel, strategically situated at the corner of Calle 90 and Carrera 11, is poised to become a landmark property catering to both high-end business and leisure travelers. Its prime location in Bogotá’s vibrant commercial and entertainment district offers guests privileged views of the iconic Colombian Andes and immediate access to key city hubs.

Aria Bogotá places guests just minutes from essential destinations, including:

  • Entertainment: Zona T and Parque 93
  • Retail: Premium shopping centers
  • Business: The city’s financial and embassy districts

The hotel is designed to be a comprehensive hub, featuring a fully equipped gym, dedicated co-working areas, and versatile meeting and event spaces. The ground floor will host a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant and bar, promising a taste of Aria Hotels’ European roots. Personalized services, including a dedicated concierge team, aim to embody the group’s commitment to high-quality, signature hospitality.

Latin American expansion takes flight

Aria Bogotá’s opening is a key step in Aria Hotels’ broader regional strategy. It will be the group’s first city hotel in Colombia and follows the announcements of:

  • Aria Santa Maria in Santo Domingo is set to open in Spring 2026.
  • Aria Maria in Cartagena, slated to open later in 2027.

Makis Pantazatos, CEO of Aria Hotels, emphasized the significance of this move.

“We are delighted to welcome Aria Bogotá, a landmark city hotel in Colombia’s capital,” he stated. “This opening represents a strategic step for Aria Hotels in Latin America, exemplifying our commitment to delivering authentic, high-quality hospitality experiences in key urban markets.”
