Logothetis stressed the essential role young people play and their potential for change in Greece. To this point, he described the work of Libra Philanthropies, the sister organization of Libra Group. The independent foundation has helped more than 35 million people around the world and remains committed to Greece.

Libra Philanthropies comprises 10 philanthropic initiatives focusing on social impact programs, strategic giving, and independent nonprofits nurtured within the Libra ecosystem through four core activities: establishing nonprofits; catalyzing existing nonprofits; empowering leaders; and funding change.

Libra Philanthropies’ activities include the creation of organizations in Greece, such as Envolve Entrepreneurship and WE LEAD, as well as financial support for non-profit organizations in Greece.

The Concordia Summit is a global body that convenes heads of state, government officials, leaders of non-profit organizations, think tanks and foundations to find cross-sectoral solutions that address the greatest challenges of our time.
