The puzzling discovery of a mysterious object in Australia has left the police scratching their heads. The massive mysterious object, resembling a dome, was found by locals at Green Head Beach, situated about 250km (155 miles) north of Perth.

Both state and federal authorities are now on the case, trying to figure out what this object is all about. At the moment, they don’t think it’s connected to any commercial aircraft, but the origin remains a mystery.

Due to safety concerns, the object is being treated as hazardous, and police have wisely advised people to keep a safe distance from it.

In a statement, the police assured the community that they are actively collaborating with various State and Federal agencies, including the military and Australia’s space agency, to unravel the object’s origin and nature.

Reports by residents of Green Head beach, Australia

Residents living near Green Head Beach shared that the cylinder had measurements of about 2.5 meters wide and somewhere between 2.5 to 3 meters in length, as per a report by Australia’s public broadcaster.

On Saturday night, intrigued residents flocked to the site to catch a glimpse of the mysterious cylinder. One local even described the gathering as a “great social evening,” where families enjoyed the calm atmosphere while their children played around the strange object, building sandcastles nearby.

According to aviation expert Geoffrey Thomas, the item in question might be a fuel tank originating from a rocket that could have fallen into the Indian Ocean during the past year. His insight provides a possible explanation for the appearance of this enigmatic cylinder on the beach.

Possibility of foreign space launch vehicle’s piece

The Australian Space Agency has put forward the possibility that the massive cylinder might have fallen from a “foreign space launch vehicle.” To unravel this mystery, the agency plans to collaborate with other international organizations involved in space missions.

Experts speculate that if the object indeed turns out to be a fuel cylinder, it could be linked to an Indian rocket, raising concerns about potential toxic materials it may contain. To determine the truth, investigators are looking for a serial or catalog number that could confirm its origin and purpose.

Speculations around missing plane MH370

While there were some speculations that the cylinder could be a part of the missing MH370 plane, which vanished off the West Australian coast in 2014 with 239 passengers on board, aviation expert Mr. Thomas firmly dismissed this idea.

He stated that there’s “no chance” it has any connection to a Boeing 777 like MH370, as the missing plane would have shown far more signs of wear and tear after being lost for over nine years.

As the investigations proceed, all eyes are on the findings that will shed light on the true identity of this puzzling cylinder. We will continue to keep you updated on any further developments in this intriguing story.
