On Thursday, 259 new Covid-19 cases were detected in the country, and 6 people died from the virus, according to Greek health authorities.
This is a slight reduction from Wednesday’s record 293 cases.
25 of Thursday’s new cases were discovered during testing of visitors at Greece’s points of entry.
Thursday’s announcement brings the total number of cases in the country to 9,351. The total number of deaths from the virus is 254.
