Emilio Eftychis is a Greek South African architect, with more than 15 years of experience, whose work has been praised by all those who have seen his dedication and talent.
Eftychis began his most recent career chapter in 2007 when he created a design firm in Johannesburg, which bears his surname: Eftychis.
Emilio’s father, Eftychios, is also an architect, so Emilio was born and raised to love buildings, constructions, and monuments.
Eftychis has explained in the past that he gained experience by working at many European and South African architectural firms.
However, he always wanted to establish his own place and following a few resignations from jobs that were totally uninspiring, he managed to begin the difficult journey of his own firm.
At first, Eftychis’ mission was difficult, but beginning with some interior design jobs, he then began receiving requests for bigger architectural projects too.
One of his prominent examples of recent work that stand out for their inspirational nature and beautiful design include the ”lotheringen modern barn.”
It has been featured among the ”150 Best Sustainable House Ideas” and Eftychis has managed to join the top of the South African architectural community.
Eftychis determination, passion, and perseverance are the winning factors that guarantee a future full of innovation and creation; a future of architectural beauty.
