The George Michael family is asking fans to remove flowers, photos, candles and other items they leave out of the two houses of the late singer.
The area outside George Michael‘s house in London is covered with candles, signs, flowers and handwritten messages for the popular singer who died in December 2016.
Fans also leave souvenirs outside the house of George Michael in Goring, located 80 kilometers away from London, the place where the singer died.
The pop icon’s father, his sisters and friend David Austin say they are touched by the expressions of love but feel they can not ask their neighbors to continue to accept as normal all the personal souvenirs each one leaves to stay where they are.
In conclusion, the singer’s family asks the fans in the memory of George Michael to remove the souvenirs by May 27.
They also propose to the fans, who call themselves “lovelies” to make donations to charity organizations in the singer’s memory.
