“Thanksgiving” is an eight-episode comedy series that will take place almost in real time over a four-hour span of the fictional Morgan family’s annual Thanksgiving dinner. The Morgan family is full of awkward, colorful, and flat-out oddball characters.
The show will root into some of the humor and dysfunction that usually arises in family situations and around the dinner table during Thanksgiving celebrations. It was created by Bethany Hall (“30 Rock”) and Daniel Powell (co-creator of “Inside Amy Schumer”).
