“Nikki Beach,” the legendary and one of the most luxurious resorts in the world, is opening its gates in Greece hoping to attract the elite of the Greek and international jet set.
The Nikki Beach Hotel and Resorts chain will open a resort on August 1, 2014 on the bay of cosmopolitan Porto Heli, known as the Greek Riviera.
Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Porto Heli, is a 1970s building transformed into a refined, elegant, luxurious resort. The hotel has 66 luxurious rooms and suites. The beachfront suites offer direct views of the Aegean Sea and feature entertainment wall and over-sized bathrooms. Some suites have private pools and decks.
“What we wanted to do was not to create a single hotel or a summer club, but to provide high-quality accommodation and services in the region. Our goal is to transform Porto Heli into the Greek Portofino,” said the Greek investors.
The operation of the Nikki Beach Resort in Porto Heli will turn the area into a favorite destination for Greek and international jet setters.
Room availability is already limited for August and September while overnight rates start at 300 euros for a single room and exceed 1,000 euros for a suite. However, these rates are considered to be low, probably because it is the first year of operation. It is expected that next season prices will increase.
Apart from their luxurious services, Nikki Beach resorts are also famous for their big parties that are attended by tycoons, shipowners, businessmen, Hollywood stars, singers and models.
