The stripper of Greek descent Pistol Pete, has attracted the attention of the media in Melbourne, as despite being a stripper, he confesses to being a fanatic Orthodox Christian and refuses to work after 11 on Saturday nights, as Sunday mornings are dedicated to church.
Pistol Pete was an accountant, but in 2008 with the global economic crisis he lost his job. Then debts, obesity and diseases followed. He went to Thailand, did meditation, exercised, lost 40 kilos, built his body, and when he returned to Melbourne he decided to become a stripper with an international career.
He does not smoke, does not use drugs and doesn’t spend his nights at clubs. His only sin, as he says, is that he can collect “some fiery feminine looks.”
He also enjoys the support of his family, in front of whom he even trains at stripteasing. His mother is proud of her son. As for his father, Pistol Pete said that once he was taking him from a club he was appearing to another, he told him: “My son, you didn’t kill anybody, you don’t do prostitution, you do not commit adultery. You are a moral person and you simply make your fellow people have fun.”
