Ministry of Education Gives Two Year Deadline to ''Eternal'' Students

One in two university students is “eternal”, according to a statistical service, which means that they have not yet managed to complete their studies within their expected years of study. The Ministry of Education is very concerned about this real phenomenon, which has become worse over the passage of years.
Therefore, according to a new bill, the ministry is giving a deadline of two years to the “eternal” students to get their degree, or they will be deleted from their department forever.
As for their university books, which were always previously delivered for free, the Ministry has stated that they will not be granted to students in two cases:
A) To students who attend a program of study leading to a second degree,
B) To students enrolled for the second time in the same course and for which they have already been granted a free book.
