Firefighters in Ioannina are struggling to contain a wildfire that is close to the Greek-Albanian border. As the blaze burns towards Ioannina’s woods, residents are worried that history will repeat itself as in 2010, seven people died when a fire spread across the same border. Firefighters are battling the flames with 3 fire planes, a helicopter and fire vehicles.
