In the crowded stadium “Yoensu Arena” of the Finnish city Yoensu of Finland, the holy liturgy was celebrated on Sunday by the Ecumenical Patriarch, His All Holiness Bartholomew. The liturgies were attended by the Archbishop of Finland, Leon, the Metropolitan of Esthonia, Stefanos, the Metropolitan of Pergamos, Ioannis, the Metropolitan of Helsinki, Ambrosios, and other priests.
Thousands of pilgrims were gathered early at the stadium, whilst the performance of hymns and psalms by a multimember choir contributed to the overwhelming atmosphere.
