Matthew Perry was buried in Los Angeles with his Friends co-stars attending the funeral in Hollywood Hills. Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc, and Lisa Kudrow were present at a private service for Matthew Perry held at Forest Lawn Cemetery. The location is in close proximity to the studios where the iconic sitcom was filmed.

About twenty mourners, including Perry’s mother, Suzanne Perry, his stepfather, Keith Morrison, and his father, John Bennett Perry, joined the Friends cast at the service.

Forest Lawn, known for housing the remains of renowned celebrities, including Humphrey Bogart, Nat King Cole, Clark Gable, Michael Jackson, and Elizabeth Taylor, served as the final resting place for the actor. Perry, aged 54, passed away last weekend.

Expressing their profound grief, his co-stars released a heartfelt statement, underscoring the deep bond they shared with Perry. “We are all so utterly devastated by the loss of Matthew,” they stated. “We were more than just cast mates. We are a family. There is so much to say, but right now we’re going to take a moment to grieve and process this unfathomable loss.”

Perry was found unresponsive in a hot tub at his Los Angeles residence. According to reports, there was no drug presence and no foul play was involved. First responders were called for cardiac arrest. Perry had a history of battling addiction, with admissions to rehabilitation clinics for painkillers and alcohol. He once admitted to having memory lapses during his time on Friends due to substance abuse.
