Greece earned commendable recognition in the spa and wellness tourism sector as the annual World Spa Awards for 2023 have been unveiled. These awards, now in their ninth iteration, serve as a platform to recognize and showcase the high standards of spa and wellness establishments in Greece. The World Spa Awards also provide an opportunity to connect consumers with spa and wellness providers globally.

This year’s awards encompassed various categories, including spa hotels, resorts, and wellness retreats. Among the notable Greek recipients, The Spa at Amanzoe secured the “Best Spa Hotel 2023” award. Located in Greece, this 2,850 square meter spa draws inspiration from Hippocratic holistic treatments, offering guests a blend of nutrition, fitness, exercise, massage, and seawater therapy, all emphasizing natural products and a holistic well-being approach.

Greece’s excellence in the spa and wellness sector extended to the “Best Resort Spa 2023” category, where Anassa Spa at Santo Pure Oia Suites & Villas emerged as the victor.
