But did you realize that there are over 2,683 beachfront hotels to choose from? The vast majority of the hotels can be found on the islands and offer amazing sea views and easy access to the beach. Let’s take a look at what www.travelmyth.gr says are the top ranking islands for hotels within around 100 meters from the waves located in Crete, Corfu and Rhodes.
Crete is the largest and most populous of the Greek islands, and the fifth-largest island in the Mediterranean Sea, so it’s no surprise that most coastal hotels in Greece can be found on this island. Crete has around 568 lodgings to choose from along its turquoise coast. The majority of the hotels are found in the prefecture Chania with 203 beachfront properties.
