Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo and his wife, Mariah Riddlesprigger, are preparing to expand their family once again. Already proud parents to three children—sons Liam, 4, Maverick, 3, and daughter Eva, 1—the couple are now expecting their fourth child.
Giannis took to Instagram to subtly announce the exciting baby news with a carousel of photos that show Mariah’s growing baby bump. The NBA star simply captioned the photos, “Livin’ life on beat.”
The post quickly grabbed attention and many dropped into the comments to congratulate the soon-to-be parents of four.
Last year during an Instagram Live, Mariah revealed that Giannis wants lots of kids. “We want a large family. I don’t think we’re done,” Mariah said. “We’re definitely not done.”
Giannis Antetokounmpo and Mariah tied the knot in Greece
The Bucks star and his longtime girlfriend said, “I do” at a “hybrid” Greek Orthodox and Catholic ceremony in Greece in early September.
After three days of an incognito (as far as was possible) wedding party, the couple got married at Costa Navarino in southern Greece.
The ceremony took place around seven in the evening at the Golf Court, the largest in Greece, with a view of Navarino Bay. The sunset across the bay offered the couple the most romantic backdrop when exchanging vows.
Giannis Antetokounmpo wore a wedding suit by designer Giorgos Papadogambros, who is also a personal friend of his.
The joyous event was celebrated by 200 guests and 30 VVIPs from the sports world, including the families of the newlyweds, friends of the couple, and Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis with his wife Mareva Grabowski.
Antetokounmpo to produce his first feature movie on Mykonos
The news of a fourth baby comes as Antetokounmpo announced the production of his first scripted feature movie on Mykonos in Greece under his Improbable Media production company.
The Bucks star posted on social media about the new film called Mykonos: “Guys you know how much I love Mykonos,” the Greek Freak wrote.
“I am very excited to officially announce my production company @improbablemedia has partnered with @studiogalazio to produce my first feature film as a producer. MYKONOS, the movie, written and directed by Christopher Andre Marks, is coming soon,” he announced.
Hollywood Reporter says that the film, led by Klelia Andriolatou and Andrew Georgiades, is about a rag-tag band of noble thieves who steal from the tourists that destroy their home each summer.
Riccardo Scamarcio (Modi, John Wick 2), Julia Fox (Uncut Gems) and Vito Schnabel (The Trainer) also star in the movie.
