Internationally famous singer Robbie Williams has announced that he will travel to Greece on July 1 to perform at the Rockwave Festival that takes place in the village of Malakasa in East Attica.

The last time Robbie Williams performed in Greece was in 2015, also at the Rockwave Festival on the same stage. The annual rock concert is one of the most popular music festivals in Greece.

Williams rose to fame as a member of the pop group Take That in the 1990s. After leaving the band, he embarked on a highly successful solo career, releasing numerous chart-topping albums and singles. Known for his charismatic stage presence and diverse musical style, Williams has become one of the best-selling music artists of all time.

The famous English singer and songwriter appeared in a video on social media where he announced to fans that he would be performing at the Rockwave Festival in July.

Greek fans of Williams previously got to see the singer perform in Greece at the Rockwave festival back in 2015. It was the first time that he had performed in the country.

The multi-platinum entertainer’s last show in Greece took place at the Terra Vibe open-air site in Malakasa, 37 kilometers from Athens. Williams performed for two hours and sang all the international hits of his long career in front of an ecstatic audience that never stopped dancing and singing along.

No doubt, Greek Robbie William fans will be eager to see the singer perform again in their home country later this month.

Williams was last spotted in Greece in 2021, where he went on holiday to the island of Mykonos. He was spotted with a large group of friends and bodyguards at the upscale beachfront bar-restaurant “Scorpios”.
