A British national, heading an establishment called the “Ministry of Remedies,” offering what she told people were Covid-19 antidotes in Arachova, Greece was arrested on Wednesday.
The woman’s purported “Ministry of Remedies” offers the public a so-called Covid-19 antidote. The establishment’s signage says that it is “drug and tax-free.” The Ministry of Remedies does not accept currency such as euros or dollars but instead something called “Kindness Credit.”
The establishment opened on December 2. Arachova’s mayor, Ioannis Stathas, reported the store’s opening to all the relevant authorities since the municipality had not issued a license for it to operate. The documented notification went to “the prosecutor’s office, the police, the health department and the labor inspectorate to investigate. And to the tax office to check this store, because we as a municipality have not given any permission,” according to mayor Stathas.
In Greece, establishments that sell food or drugs require licensing by the municipality and the prefecture as well as tax and health authorities. “I did not take these people seriously. They are very colorful,” added the mayor. Following the mayor’s intervention, the establishment was shuttered and the 49-year-old British woman operating the “Ministry” was arrested.
The Ministry of Remedies operates under what she calls the “Universal Law Community Trust,” bartering in what they label “kindness credit accounts.”
The Ministry of Remedies has a Facebook page that describes their work in a statement. It says: “The Ministry of Remedy: Ellas: where remedy is ministered from in accordance with the sacred Universal Law. Offering remedies to all aspects of being. For your Universal Antidote to all unsubstantiated claims from COVID to legal fiction.. help is here.”
Ministry of Remedies is a no-mask zone
The Ministry of Remedies is very much anti-vax and anti-mask. Signage posted on the entry to the establishment states that because of belief, and in accordance with the law of the “Universal Law Community Trust,” individuals are not required to mask, regardless of current Greek legislation that tells them to do so.
A November 13th post on its Facebook page, the Ministry states, “People of Arachova go and ask your Mayor why he has not shared the COVID antidote with you he was given 1 and half years ago… come and see the video of him telling us all he does not believe it and declining the anti dote we offered him in a syringe..”
Kindness Credits, which the Ministry of Remedies accept for product purchases replaces actual currency — what the page labels as “slavery tokens.” The web page explains how to convert currency such as euros, dollars or pounds into Kindness Credits. The Ministry of Remedies lists prices on the products that it offers such as organic honey, milk thistle and sage with the euro amount in parentheses next to the amount in Kindness Credits.
According to the British woman at the Ministry of Remedies, “Inside the antidote is an element that everybody’s body is deficient in. When you actually apply it to yourself, it goes transdermal, through your skin, and it affects the membrane around each one of your cells. So if your body is under attack from the symptoms that are being touted as Coronavirus, then immediately your body can respond.”
When the manager of the Ministry of Remedies was asked about the contents of the purported Covid antidote, she responded by stating “Please ask the same question to Bill Gates and EYDAP, what is in the water, what is in the food and in the medicines they give us and I will answer what is in the vial.”
The British woman has been living permanently in Arachova for the last few years. When she is out in public, she wears a blue robe and a stole, brandishing the official seal of the Universal Law Community Trust. When questioned about her apparel she has stated “It’s my formal attire as a minister when I go out, because universal law prevails over the rest.”
According to her, there are seven Ministry of Remedies in Greece. The other six ministries throughout Greece include Thessaloniki, Halkidiki, Kavala, Athens, Ikaria and Samos. If the Ministry of Remedies cannot produce the necessary documents for licensing following the intervention by Mayor Stathas, ministry number seven in Arachova will be shuttered for good, the mayor stated on Wednesday.
