Heidi Klum dazzled Mykonos on Thursday performing a sensual dance routine for the cameras next to the sea.

The 48-year-old model and America’s Got Talent host wore a skimpy black dress and fishnet tights, setting the Greek cosmopolitan island on fire with her hot dancing moves.

The former Victoria’s Secret Angel danced on a special platform set up by divers in front of the world-famous beach bar Tropicana. Mykonoslive.tv captured the scene:

Klum is on Mykonos for the shooting of “Germany’s Next Top Model” reality show. Based on a concept that was introduced by Tyra Banks with America’s Next Top Model, the competition is hosted by Klum, who also serves as the lead judge and executive producer of the show.

Each yearly search of Germany’s Next Topmodel has 10 to 17 episodes and starts with 12–30 contestants. In each episode, one contestant is eliminated, though a double/triple elimination, or allowed to proceed further by the consensus of the judging panel.

Klum has also taken time from her busy filming schedule to relax and discover Mykonos, “the Island of the Winds” as it is also known.

Mykonos, the island of celebrities

Mykonos is a Greek island where celebrities are seen, and mostly, like to be seen. The summer months will see many of them walking on the narrow alleys of Mykonos Town, at the hottest restaurants or nightclubs, or on the many beaches of the island.

Their favorite beach seems to be Psarou and some of their favorite beach bars are Nammos, Scorpios, Principote and Alemagou. But you will see celebrities practically everywhere in Mykonos, even at the most remote places.

Klum is “more of a businesswoman than a model”

Following a successful modeling career, Klum became the host and a judge of Germany’s Next Top Model as well as the reality show Project Runway, which earned her an Emmy nomination in 2008 and a win in 2013 for Outstanding Host for a Reality or Reality-Competition Program.

In May 2011, Forbes magazine estimated Klum’s total earnings for that year as $20 million. She was ranked second on Forbes’ list of the “World’s Top-Earning Models.” Forbes noted that since ending her 13-year run as a Victoria’s Secret Angel, Klum has become more of a businesswoman than a model.

In 2008, she became an American citizen while maintaining her native German citizenship.
